What are people saying about the Fountain of Health's Thrive Learning Centre?

“This was a most informative webinar. The presenters were able to impart their vast knowledge of a vital topic with clarity and passion.”

“I was very interested in the focus on goal setting and reporting on progress. It was such a good illustration about how things can be changed if you just get on the right path. The Fountain of Health is a way of finding out what the right path is.”

“It was life changing for me. I found goal setting to be a very important first step. What impressed all of us (in the workshop) was the importance of socialization. It is important to always keep (our need for others) in our minds. I am very grateful to Fountain of Health for steering me in the right direction.”

“I found the Wellness App to play a huge role in my own accountability to achieving my goals. It is nice to have the option to sign up for reminders from the app, as with the fast pace of day-to- day life it is difficult to stay on top of everything. I also found it very helpful to be able to compare my before and after behaviour activation questionnaire."
